Logistic: We load 18 tons per 20´FCL, equivalent to 900 bags of 20 kg.
Quality Control: Our products have a three steps of control, 1) at planting, harvesting and storaging, 2) at processing and packing, 3) at the containers loading point . To avoid crossed contaminations, moisture and insects, each container is internally covered with 2 sheets of paper and polyethylene, and fumigated with special insecticide blisters.
We also include a pre-defined set of empty bags to replace the ones that might be broken during unloading or handling at destination. This way we are not only assuring quality but a proper image and presentation.
Product care Recommendations:
- Temperature: bellow 18° Celsius degrees or 64° Fahrenheit
- Place: fresh, clean and dry. Preferably in a dark room, never at direct sunlight. Don´t place over the floor without any material in the middle as well as touching walls, since the product may be affected by soil moisture/condensation or temperature.
- Care: protect from chemical or physical contamination. The room should be free of insects or rodents.
