has inaugurated a new subsidiary company, called SPcrops (in allusion to
Specialty Crops).
This
company will devote itself to research and development of genetic on specialty
crops, multiplication and marketing of the resultant seeds.

GEOALLIANZ inaugurated Girasoles del Sur
On August, the 24th, GEOALLIANZ inaugurated the company Girasoles del Sur, and its kernel plant, at Rancul city, which is settled at La Pampa province, Argentina.
Girasoles del Sur is a subsidiary of our company, and will be in charge of the processing and peeling of confection sunflower, for its posterior exportation to our more than 55 clients, all over the world.
